Data we collect

We only collect the data needed to reply to you and to run the site:

• Data you provide via the contact form: name, email address, optional business name, type of need and the message you write.
• Technical browsing data collected automatically by our systems (e.g. IP address, browser type, access date and time), used for security and diagnostics.
• Preferences saved in your browser (e.g. light/dark theme): they stay on your device and are not used to profile you.

Purposes and legal basis

We process your data to:

• reply to requests sent through the contact form (legal basis: responding to your request and any pre-contractual measures);
• ensure the security and correct operation of the site (legitimate interest).

How we process data and who we share it with

Data sent through the form is used solely to reply to your request. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties.

Data may be processed on our behalf, as data processors, by the technical providers required to run the site (in particular the hosting provider) and by any services we use to handle email.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal obligations; after that, it is deleted.

Your rights

At any time you can exercise the rights granted by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR:

• access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to processing, and data portability.

Analytics tools (future)

The site currently uses no analytics or tracking tools. Should we enable tools such as Google Analytics in the future, we will update this policy and the cookie policy and ask for your consent via a dedicated banner.

We may update this policy over time. The version published on this page is always the one in force.
